I had a lovely stay, the hotel was very good and most important it was very clean. (I had some very bad experiances in the past.)

The Queen Anne is in a great location, a five minute walk has you to the main shopping street, the grand place is a lovely 10 minute walk. When I stayed there the weather was absolutly freezing, but the hotel is definatly not. The rooms are toasty warm and there is pleanty of hot water. The hotel is clean and bright, but in Ireland it would not receive 3 Stars. It is probably best described as a very comfortable hostel. Get to breakfast early as towards ten o'clock rations get sparse. We found the staff averagly pleasant, not remarably friendly but definatly not rude either. All in all I would consider the Quenn Anne excellant value and very comfortable for a weekend stay in Brussels.

i have to say that our hotel stay was very enjoyable, rooms are very clean and bathroom has a great shower. the breakfast was lovely. the hotel is right in the city centre so we were within walking distance from everywhere. would highly recommend it.

Queen Ann is within a short walking distance of many major attractions. The room was small, but had I had no complaints. Showers were definitely above average. I didn't feel the need to use much public transportation, but there is a metro stop nearby and the train station is a 5 minute walk if you plan to go to Brugges or Amsterdam.

I stayed at the Queen Anne Hotel with my mother and sister and we found our stay to be very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is central to everything and is just a short walk away form the nearest metro/tram station. I would reccomend the Queen Anne Hotel to anyone who is planning a holiday in Brussels.

The hotel was under construction, which no one told me in advance, and I had to be taken to another hotel far away from it. The new hotel was a little nicer but was in a fairly frightening area of Brussels and I did not feel safe there as a single woman. Also, the people who worked at the Queen Anne were pretty rude to me (even though I speak French) and acted as if it was my fault their hotel did not have a room for me.

We stayed two nights and as little as possible was spent in the Hotel .The room had no charm, although clean ,it did not have even a picture on the wall.

This hotel is highly commendable, with very polite staff, a hearty breakfast, and a very quaint vintage lift. Rooms are fairly basic, but without fault. Showers are fantastic also. The hotel is very central to everything. i would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Brussels.

I was lucky at the Queen Anne: they put me into a brand new apartment next door, which includes bedroom, kitchen, and living room as well as bath/WC. So if you want that sort of accommodation in central Brussels, just ask!
