| 29.07.2003 Rahala (UK) The hotel was in an excellent location, cant believe how
close it was to the eurostar terminal. they also got the room right in
giving us a double room with a double bed, not a twin room with two single
beds put together. the room itself was very adequate and accomodating. i
would definitely consider going back to the same hotel. |

| 18.03.2003 Seamus (Dublin, Ireland) This hotel is clean and located close to Gare Midi. Breakfast is good and the rooms are of a reasonable size.
However, the area in which it is located would appear to be the arab quarter of Brussels and seems very run down.
It is difficult to find a decent restaurant in the immediate area and thus the restaurant attached to the hotel is significantly more expensive than those found in other parts of Brussels. |

| 25.01.2003 Sandra (Ireland) The Hotel was well located to both the Metro and Garde De Midi stations for visiting other areas of Belgium. The Hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast was good. Recommended if you are planning to visit other areas of Belgium for its close proximity to the train station. Grande Place is only about 20 minutes walk. |

| 20.01.2003 Rob (Fleet, UK) The Hotel Ustel was a great discovery and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Brussels. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. Ths hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The 'buffet' style breakfast offered a great choice of bacon, eggs, cereals, pastries and cold meats & cheeses. The location is a five minute taxi ride or 25 minute walk from the Grande Place and (perhaps more importantly for some) less than five minute's walk from the Cantillion Brewery museum. Definitely recommended. |

| 13.06.2002 Mr Jomar Pires da Silva
(UK) Just wish to thank you for your services and
for the hotel you arranged for us. It is a extremely
good hotel and very well located but not at the very
city centre what is good since you do not have that
much noise any time of the day and just can enjoy it
after a day fo walking around. Accommodation is very
good and hotel staff very helpfull.
One very vital
information about location that must be given is that
the hotel stays fairly in front of the LEMONIERE (I
guess that this is how we spell it...) Tram Station.
This makes very easy to find the hotel since
any Tram from the Gare du Nord (for who arrives by
coach... a very convenient way...) stops there. Very
useful to say as well that it stays just one tram
station from the GARE DU MIDI (where the Eurostar does
arrives...).
From there is about 5 minutes on the
tram until Gare du Midi and you are, paying about
17euros, off to Brugge (trains each 30
minutes...arrive there 1 hour later) where you can
spend a cheap and wonderfull day off and return at
night for a wonderfull evening in Brussels. Very
useful if you have time enough to spare one day for
this. It is the same if you want to go to Antwerpen. I
am quoting this because enhance the hotel's perfect
location... |

| 12.06.2002 Jomar Pires da Silva (London, United Kingdom) I just wish to say that the hotel is wonderfull. We (me and my wife...) had a wonderfull time. The accommodation is very good and the staff is very helpful. |
